Free gifts are not covered by the 2-year free warranty service, unless the gift itself is defective (you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the gift for a replacement).

Free gifts are not eligible for the 14-day unconditional return and exchange policy. If your main order is cancelled, the free gift must be returned to Huepar.
